I noticed a big difference in the tone when I listened to both songs. The original has a much deeper tone compared to the cover. I really think Chris Brian’s cover is pretty good! Honestly, I like the cover more than the original because I enjoy the softer, more relaxed vibe that Chris Brian brings.
I joined Orbis, a club where you teach Chinese blind children English. It can be hard sometimes when you expect something “normal,” but an odd situation arises. It started off with me getting a kid who could almost speak English fluently. I began the lesson, but it just seemed too easy. As I moved on to the reading portion, he suddenly said, “这太简单了” (this is too easy). I could only agree. I started to text Kelly, the president. I was panicking, trying to resolve this mess. She told me to be resourceful and think of ways to use the lesson given to me and make it more challenging. I thought about it for a second, and instead of giving him easy vocabulary words for the reading, I went on ChatGPT and asked the bot to make the reading harder. I learned that teaching is very unpredictable, and you may have to change the way you teach someone based on their level. This is how i am a critical thinker.

I show resilience by swimming in the morning. And i do that every other day since high school started. I’ve been tracking my fitness routines for a week. It is my personal goal to break my past personal records and try to be the best in my grade.
