The task was to make any kind of a presentation to show and explain to the audience what is our technology and why we chose it. I have chosen Minecraft because it was a fun option and it was kind of my first time to do a project so it was also a nice exprience. One thing I think I did well was that I have tried my best be adding features in the world and also adding all the requirements.

At first had to decide which technology I will be writing. I found printing press might be the technology I want to do. And I started research and found articles about the start of the printing press. I started on my graphic organizer and I put it into my essay with more transitions and it worked out by just adding an hook and a ending.

What are you proud of?
I am proud of my understanding of how to write CERER and my ideas in the formative assessment.

Did you make any improvements since last class?
I have made improvements since the last class, when I improved my organization of my ideas and my ways of finding good evidence. I have also improved my understanding of how and why authors of dystopian fiction talk about human society and political controls.

I am really proud of myself for actually being more active in class because before I don’t even ask question or even listen to the class while now I started to ask question and do work in class. I have also tried to look at slide when I misss school. I feel really proud of myself for this huge improvement.

Some challenges is that I still don’t have good grades, or that I don’t understand. I have improvement on my attitude in class, however , I feel I don’t understand what I hear in class. This might be a really big problem for me. I know I got bad grades before because I don’t listen to class, However I feel now I just need to ask more questions and also just have a better attitude.

I would have done more preparation, I would have just simply read the questiin more carefully and go look at the slides again and try to understand the meaning of mirror and window, if I still have any problem, I could ask the teacher by emailing are face to face.

I would improve my attitude and also ask more questions during class while also prepare before my assessment. If I have any questions, I could also email Ms. Devin to ask them or ask my friends. If I could, I would even go online to look at videos online that teach you these things.

• Why did you choose your medium (e.g., video, comic, newspaper)?
  I chose crowdfunding as me medium because I feel I am not really sure about this media so I want to do it myself and try.
• How did having choice (compared to a traditional assignment where everyone had to make the same type of project) affect your ability to reach the standards?
  It made it easier because I can choice which one I do and I can chose the easy one.

Influencer

1. Purpose :
   I have explained the purpose of the influencer good enough by saying the purpose is persuading and promoting a product. However, I feel I could have done better by finding all purpose of the influencer. In the video, Mark actually also had the purpose of entertaining the audience.
   
2. Evidence for purpose:
   I have added enough number of evidence, However, I could added more to prove that the purpose of the influencers are true. I have failed to give a strong evidence that actually supports what I am saying.
   
3. Vocab:
   I actually have done good over here where I actually chose a strong word that is used a lot in the video. I can’t really think of any words that are better choices for me.
   
4. Connection to audience:
   Even though I have done a great job of choosing the words, I did not make a strong connection to audience feeling and emotion. I have actually connected it to the audience but not the emotion of them. So this is why I think I failed.
   
5. Balance:
   I have struggled mostly in the second part of connecting the emotions. I feel more confident in the first part, however, this doesn’t mean I don’t need practice. I am struggling with part 2 so I will practice that more.
   
6. Growth:
   If I could revise my formative, I will change the part1 by adding the entertaining purpose and more strong evidence to support them. I will change part2 by connecting the audience’s emotion, not the audience.
   
7. Future Application
   I will use what I learned when I analysis another Influencer, looking and thinking about the mistakes I have to prevent them happening again. I will also think about why the teacher took points from me.

Commercial

1. Purpose :

3. Vocab:
   I struggled this time. Unlike the first time, this time I chose a word that doesn’t really explain any purpose of the commercial.
   
4. Connection to audience:
   Even though I have done a great job of choosing the words, I did not make a strong connection to audience feeling and emotion. I have actually connected it to the audience but not the emotion of them. So this is why I think I failed.

We are learning how to do legal serves and to use backhand and fronthand hits in ping pong. We have also tried duos and singles while also improving ourselves by playing more and more match.

We are doing ping pong matches and improve ourselves, we have also tied to follow the rules in the duos and single.
