Endangered Species Project

What did I do?

In this project, we each chose our own endangered species, researched about it, and wrote about it. There were many project forms, for example, a thinglink, an invideo, a canva website, and many more. I chose the red panda and the Canva website.

What did I learn?

In this project, I learned about endangered species, and more about red pandas! I also learned how to analyze graphs and the sentence starters to use, like: This graph shows, according to the graph, this means, and this is because.

What worked?

One thing that worked was that my website turned out really well. There was all the information that was needed, and to me, the main highlight was the pictures.

What did not work?

In this project, most things are good, it was just that I think my background color is kind of weird.

Personal Relevance:

This relates to the real world because without some of the animals, food webs would disappear. For example, people have been overfishing, which is causing the fish population to decline. And if there are less fish, other big fish like sharks will be affected too.

Badminton reflection

In this unit, we learned the rules, how to play badminton, and how to legally serve forehand, overhead and backhand serves. One thing I’m proud of is that I can mostly precisely hit the ball over the net every time. But I could still work a bit on my backhand serve, because sometimes, I still can’t aim correctly, and the ball can’t go over the net. I also need to work on my speed, because sometimes when someone hits the ball very far, I’m too slow and can’t get there in time.
