CER essay how does technology have an impact on society.

First step I did is to research many informations of my topic, and make different sections and make notes on them by printing the informations out. And make sections for the essay like the claim, evidences, reasonings and conclusion.

One thing that I did well in this essay is that my essay sound good when explaining high-speed trains in Japan, China, and the U.S. It highlights positive aspects, like how these trains make travel faster and more comfortable. I also provide good examples, especially about Japan’s bullet trains that can reach speeds of 210 km/h (130 mph), and you mention the costs of building and maintaining them.

The part that I think I still have to improve is that I could add more details about how high-speed trains affect the environment. It would also be helpful to explain how these trains benefit local communities and economies. Lastly, working on clarity and flow will make my writing easier to understand.

One part that I think I did well is that I used the sentences on the model but I didn’t used a script during the whole video. The part that I think I still need to improve is that I didn’t look at the audience whole time and I used words like “erm” or “uh”. Next time I will try to avoid these mistakes so next time I can do better.

The essential question that I chose was, “What happens inside our body when we get sick?” I learned a lot in this unit, including all the body systems and the organelles in plant and animal cells. For example, in our body systems, the circulatory and respiratory systems help multiple subsystems that control the organelles in every cell, both in animals and plants. One thing that I found impactful and memorable in my learning was when we were working in groups, it was really fun because we had many different ideas to share. One thing that I think I need to improve is to review more L2 quizzes, because half of the time, I could only got 1.5 or 1 so I have to retest the quiz that I haven’t succeeded.

During Math Unit 2 reflection I understand the proportional relationships and COP, this helps me to making up and the devisions of fractions. In 9th grade, my brother said that they are learning percentages and proportional relationships too, so I think these learning could help us a lot. One thing that I felt interested to in this unit is the probability on different kind of shapes which made me felt interested and excited. My goal for next year is to raise more hands during math class, and I also want to learn more during outside learning. One thing I felt I still need to improve and work on is on word problems, I think I need to read more carefully then write the answer and the explanations.

One thing that I felt proud of myself is that I stayed focus and explained every things clearly enough to letting people know what am I doing and how my media promote people to buy the items. One thing that I think I need improve on is that I can make a sticky-note next time rather than looking at a script.

In my mind, “bias” this word is an opinion or like that does not let one be fair. One good thing about people having the same perspective is that they can work together easily. If everyone wants to do the same thing, they can make decisions faster. One bad thing bout everyone having the same perspective is that they might not listen to new ideas. This can make it harder to be creative and find better solutions.

What are we doing?

We are doing a group project with 6 different religion from Asia. Each of the religion have 4-6 people. Each of the people have to find information of other 5 religion. When we finished it, we need to share the information to your own team, My team is Arabia. After that, we could trade our goods with other 5 religion, to get better goods.

What are we learning?

We are learning how to trade goods and how to work well with the team. Another thing that we are learning is to be a critical thinker. We need to think what we need, instead of getting something that doesn’t affect or getting better to the people in our religion. We also learned many information about other religion, so we know what they have and what they really want to help their own religion, we can give it to them and see what they have.

What’s working?

We got many things that we really want, like making glass, glass, gun powder and so on. These things can let us have a better place to live and work. For example like date, we need it to eat to get enough energy to work and trade with another religion again. Medicine, it can help us feel better when we got hurt.

What’s not working?

My partner thought disease card mean kill other people from other religion. But then, he got a lot of disease card but teachers said 1 disease card equals -1 point. Another part that not working is people from other religion keep scamming, so we some times didn’t got good stuff .

Personal Relevance

I think next time, we should talk as a team and then trade with other people. So we don’t get scammed just like think unit.

What are we doing?

In this unit in Social Studies, we did a MMR with amazing and creative thinking sketch. We can choose whatever what G.o.a.t. u want to choose. Me and my partner are trying to do martin Luther King Jr.

What are we learning?

We are trying to make a MMR which basic means messy sketch and picture rolled together with no patterns and made it creative and crazy. To let us learn what can we do instead of making a poster with meat handwriting and pictures.

What’s working?

We made many cool stuff: we first copy a quote that Martin Luther King Jr wrote before and than sticked it on the MMR, we stick the first half quote on it and last half quote writing by ourself, isn’t it pretty cool huh?

What’s not working?

We didn’t made it very messy by only stick the pictures and tex boxes together but not the quote and other kind of things.

Personal Relevance

I think we did pretty well but fill all the bank next time.

In semester 1 Design Tech we learned many stuff on our computer and many robot or shaping things. In my opinion, the most important things in our Design tech is to having collaboration with others by doing works together. When others need help, just help them!!!

The goal that I think I have is to be more active by doing the chess unit, when we are having the chess unit, I think it is too boring so I didn’t make serious on it and also the assignment of it. But when I done with it, my grade and stuff didn’t did pretty well so I just realize that it is very hard to do.

The part that I think I did pretty well is when I am group working, I did it pretty well with my partner, me maked our own robot together and coding together to let the robot get moved.

In Trimester 2, we learned about puberty and why we are having stress or also how we can having less stress for having a clear mind so we can do things very well and more want to try our best.

Our goal is to helping others when they need our help just like the first unit, we are trying to learning how to helping others when they are drowning or about to dieing.

The part that I think I did it pretty well is I can Identify which part that the person hurt and how can I help him by letting him feel better.

The part that I think I can improve more is that when we are grouping it with my partner, we have different opinion or idea so we are arguing it and let the noise very load and everyone can heard that.

Next time I can think more but not just mad to arguing.

In the unit of PE class, we did many fun sports just like, baseball, swimming, basketball and even badminton which is the start of the unit that we are doing now. In PE, I think it is a very important part because it can let you be healthier and have a clear brain and destroy all the stress from it.

The part that I think I did pretty well is when we are having the basketball unit, my shooting form and also my strength of dribbling is pretty awesome and know how to control them easier so when I am running, the ball won’t stop or get stollen by other enemies.

One of the problem that I think I can improve is when my PE teachers are talking, we don’t talk but when I am doing it I always talk to my friends and when my teachers found it his mad at me and I am very sad, so I hope next class or next time I want to try to be silence by not talking to anyone.

All the things I talk, I hope I can do it better next time.
