Creative
I did a lot of creative tasks, and I really enjoyed doing every task. Drawing and baking are some hobbies I really enjoy doing, so it was really enjoyable to do these tasks during class time. These tasks were all of my comfort hobbies, so I didn’t really face a lot of challenges for creative tasks. While doing these tasks I felt that I felt comfortable and feel joy doing these tasks, so I feel like if I get a job in the future, I want to get a job including this skill set. Since I did lots of creative activities these tasks were especially more enjoyable for me. I didn’t really have time to enjoy my hobbies after starting 9th grade, but this was a chance and an excuse to do it during tasks so overall I enjoyed most of the tasks. Only if I could, I would have chosen more activity to try. I think creative skills are a skill set that I am most confident and feel fun toward.
Resilience
I could have tried a lot of new actives while doing resilience tasks. One new activity I tried was playing the guitar. It was an activity I always wanted to try but it was an activity that I was scared to try. It was a really nice opportunity to try this new skill, and it is a skill i want to keep doing. Resilience activity helped my mindset to be more flexible and think in a more flexible way. There were lots of challenges I felt while doing these activities but recovering from these challenges really helped me to be more resilient. It helped me to be a more open-minded person. I think being a resilience person is very important. As we live our life, we are going to face challenges even though we don’t want to. If we don’t have resilience, then we can’t overcome these challenges and would struggle a lot. But if you are resilience then you would we able is stand up and overcome these challenges and think in a more open minded way
Effective
collaborator
A skillful collaborator is a really important skill, for us children, to learn from a young age. When we go out into society, we have to collaborate with people even though we don’t want to. So, it’s an essential skill to learn as a student. Lot of skills we learn at school, such as math and science, is also and very important skill to learn. But collaborator skills are the most important students could learn in school. School is like a little community a child is in and it’s the only place that a child can learn how to collaborate with others before going into society. Teachers don’t teach us how to be a good skillful collaborator but doing these TTG tasks helps us to be a better collaborator. I think the reason why humans survived even though we are weaker compared to other animals is because humans collaborated more. This skill is essential to learn since we have to always collaborate with people. It’s not like math it’s not a skill we can learn only by reading books. I have to actually collaborate with other people in order to be skillful and doing these TTG tasks helped me a lot.
Critical thinker
All the critical thinker tasks were all challenging and involved lots of thinking to do. All think tasks help me to think in a more critical way. Since I’m not really a critical thinker I did face lots of challenges. I struggle to find the answer to an unrealistic question. But I think t’s a very necessary skill to have. Being Critical helps us on test or working on school project. There are lots of problems that I’m going to face and being a critical thinker would really help me to solve those problems in a sensible way. I feel like being a critical thinker really helps us to be more successful. Since they know how to understand and solve problems from different perspectives and even though they didn’t experience it. I think it’s going to be a good tool to use not only in school but also in college and job place.
Skillful communicator
Communication skills are an essential skill to learn. Even though you know a lot, if you don’t know how to explain it then it’s no use. I think it’s very important to tell others about your opinion in an effective and simple way. Being a skillful communicator helps to become a skillful leader and build confidence. People can’t read our minds so it’s important to express our ideas to others and avoid any misunderstanding. I think this is the most important skill among these 5 TTG skills. In order to be a skillful communicator, we should work on talking to others and listen to others. Every great leader was a skillful communicator, and I wish I could be one too. This skill could be used at school or at work when we have to present something. So, there was lots of tasks related to presentation.
science project
Me and my partner already got confirmation from our teacher about the science program. Since it’s still the beginning of the project we haven’t faced any challenges yet. I feel like our team is doing a good job of finishing our planning. Our initial focus has been on outlining the objectives and determining the materials we will need. We are committed to working collaboratively and believe that our teamwork is essential for the project’s success. We are not slowly starting to make the car. We are going to use makerspace to make the base of our car, and I think most of the material would be made in makerspace. I am very proud of our process right now and I wish that we can keep up with this effort. In conclusion, our project is off to a promising start, and we are eager to bring our ideas to life. We believe that through collaboration and dedication, we can create an innovative car model that showcases our understanding of physics. I am very curious how the car would look like.
outside of school
Since I was little, I really enjoyed art. Last year I took full year art courses and went to a different art academy when I was younger. In my free time I enjoy painting paintings, and I also do digital art. The first time I started painting was because of a school project, before that I usually enjoyed digital art, and I enjoyed is so much at I’m still enjoying painting in my free time. It’s sad that there’s less and less time I can paint because of school projects and tests but when I draw, I find inner peace in myself. Art is a way for me to express my feelings and share my thoughts with others. I hope to keep improving my skills and exploring different styles in the future. Even though I had a lot of hobbies this is one of the few hobbies I enjoyed for a long time. I wish in the future I could get a job that requires me to draw.
The Lazer cutting project was a really interesting project. It was my first time in the makerspace so everything was so new and hard. I didn’t know anything about inkspace. After finishing making the project I felt proud and overall this experience was really interesting 😻. I think this TTG allies with collaborator skills because since everything was new I had to ask a lot of teachers and students to help with my project and because of other’s kindness I fell much confident with using inkscape than the beginning. 😸😺

In this lesson we learned how to use technology in an appropriate way. When I text others I usefully don’t think in depth when i send the message. But after acting out a scene I think I would read my text before I send it to them. Also we should always respect others in online and offline. Also after looking at scene 4 I learned that we should also think about other peoples opinion. After having this lesson I think I could use technology in an more respectful and appreciate way.
During the library lore we learned how to use the sas library databases. We learned easier way to find nonfiction/ fiction books in the library. I think I could find my book quicker and know how to use trustworthy databases.
It’s already been a week and a half since high school started 🏫 . I still can’t believe I’m already a high schooler. Everything is so new and I didn’t even memorized my schedule yet. I feel like there’s more homework 📄 in high school compared to middle school and because of that I think my sleep schedule is a mess. I think i have to improve on my time organization skills since in high school there’s something called extended learning and learning lab, it’s a time where you could do anything such as homework or asking for teachers to help, I think I have to use this time wisely and not just wasting it.
In like 10days or so we are going to a trip called thenine🏞. It’s a trip where all ninth grader goes on a trip together for 5 days. I’m really looking for this trip, I think it would be a good time to have a rest and experiencing different activities I’ve never tried before. I’m also looking forward to joining new clubs, I wish I could join media council 📷 . Last year I wanted to join media council but I didn’t got in. There’s a club fair soon I wish I can find a club that’s right for me.
There’s only a day and a half before Saturday😻. I wish tomorrow comes soon. 💗
Last Friday we went to my house and baked cookies but we forgot to bring a scale so we had to guess how much ingredients we have to put in. We end up failing this cookie since we added too much salt and oil (which ended up pretty oilly). First try the cookie was too bitter and it was too salty. Second try we accidentally burned the cookie. This time we failed but we can still learn from our mistake so next time we can be better next time
Positive e: Passion Project was a time to get closer with my friend Emma and a time to do my passion (baking) because there was too much other school stuff to do there wasn’t a time I could fully enjoy baking but since there’s Passion session we have more time to enjoy our passion
negative: sometime we do pp outside of school but we need lot of time and effort (to also make videos) so sometimes I have to procrastinate some of my work
it’s been 3-4weeks since passion project started. to be honest we did start baking but we failed making the muffin so we are going to re-make it tomorrow at my house. before the passion project i was very confident that this is going to turn out great but now I’m kind of losing that confidence since we failed at the first try. i thought that it would be easy to make video but it was pretty hard. at the end of passion project i wish that i would be proud of things i did and improve my baking skills.
