Creativity

For the creativity section I did writing a sci fi story and creating a card game. I felt like the card game was a very good creativity task, since we practiced a lot of creativity in creating our own card game from scratch. It was a challenging but fun experience in which we not only practiced a lot of creativity but also a lot of collaboration in the process. Ultimately, we were very happy with the game we created, in which we were able to create a semi complex game inspired by rummikub and mahjong.

Critical Thinking

For the critical thinking section, I did the gomuku game. This task really made me think and use my critical thinking ability in order to win the game, as not only did you need to strategically place your markers, but also think about what the opponent is going to play, and find a way to counter that. Not only was this very effective making me think critically, it was also very fun at the same time. All in all, this one task really achieved its purpose well at making me use my critical thinking skills.

Resilience

For resilience, I did ask 6, 7, 14, and 12, which was mindful eating for 6 and 7, vision board for number 14, and building a tower for number 12. In these, I felt the most memorable task was task number 14, which was the task for the vision board. I think that the vision board really helped me reflect on myself and really see the aspects in which I need to improve on. It as also very effective in giving myself goals that I wanted to accomplish, which provided me with a lot of motivation to achieve the gals I put out for myself.

Communication

For the communication section, I did task 7, which was the murder mystery task. In this task, me and my partners had to find a way to solve a complex murder mystery without communicating. This task not only taught me the importance of verbal communication in complex scenarios, but it also taught me to communicate with means other than verbal communication. For example, a method we used a lot was using had gestures and writing, which was a clever solution to replace verbal communication.

Collaboration

For collaboration, I did task 8, which was the image zoom task. In this task, we were required to find out the order of which all of our images were zoomed in or out. This task was an effective way in making our whole class collaborate with each other in hopes of achieving the end goal easy and efficiently.

Card Game (Task 4 Creative Learner)

In this card game, each player (with a max of three but two is faster) draw 7 cards from deck. We then move in turns (going clockwise). With each turn the player can either draw a card from the deck or attempt to match cards. Cards can be matched byname color number sequence (Ex. 5 4 3 3 all black) or by matching the same card with it different suites. Along with placing their own cards, cards that are already in play can be moved around I order to set up your own plays. If by the time the deck is gone and nobody has gotten rid of their cards then the games is determined a draw and can be started again.

Sci Fi

The room hummed with tension as Eunice stood face-to-face with Leonardo Stan, the rebellious hacker known in the depths of the dark web. Despite her reservations about his recklessness, she recognized his invaluable skills and knew she needed his help to take down the formidable ‘Digital Network.’

“Hello there. I think you know why I’m here.” Said Eunice as she walked into the room.

Eunice’s eyes darted around the room. The computer screens towered over her, veiling her in a dark shadow. Lines of code zoomed across the different screens as impenetrable databases were penetrated with ease. This was the heart of darkness, where the battle for justice would be waged.

As Eunice and Leonardo began discussing their plan, they heard a creak followed by a bang behind them. As they turned their gaze, a figure cloaked in shadows was revealed standing in front of the door. It was Waverly Carter, a disillusioned former government agent. He, though, seemed different from the other agents. Eunice senses a deep determination and anger in agent Waverly’s eyes. Their encounter isn’t a coincidence. Agent Waverly is on their side.

“I’ve been tracking you both,” Waverly said, her voice laced with determination. “I’ve seen the corruption of the ‘Digital Network,’ and I want to join your fight.”

Eunice’s heart quickened with hope. With Leonardo’s hacking prowess and Waverly’s insider information, they might just have a chance to expose the vulnerabilities within the system.

As the unexpected alliance was forged, Eunice’s mind raced against plans and strategies. She knew they had to proceed with caution, maneuvering through the treacherous digital landscape. Each step had to be calculated to avoid detection.

“Let’s do this.” Said Eunice to her newfound partners.

They leaped into action, each playing their own important role in taking down the almost impenetrable Digital Network. You could sense the determination the 3 newfound partners shared as they got busy at work.

Eunice’s intelligence became their guiding light, leading them through the labyrinthine network of the ‘Digital Network.’

“There! That’s the weakness!” shouted Eunice as she commanded the others.

With each move, the trio exposed weaknesses. But their adversaries were not blind to their actions. Eunice’s heart raced as she discovered that the government had realized their actions. The stakes escalated, and the pressure grew. With their every move now under intense scrutiny, the trio found themselves entangled in a dangerous game of cat and mouse. Their adversaries became more cunning, employing advanced countermeasures to protect their operations.

“Wait! Don’t press that!” Shouted Eunice as Leonardo almost pressed a digital landmine. “Thats a trap!”

The pressure intensified even more, and the stakes grew higher than ever before.

In a heart-pounding moment, Eunice’s encrypted communication line crackled to life, revealing a distorted voice that sent shivers down her spine.

“You shall pay for the damages. We will find you, and you will pay!” Cackled the communication line.

It was a warning, a chilling message that hinted at the dire consequences they would face if they continued their crusade against the ‘Digital Network.’

Eunice’s felt her stomach churn. Her determination was undeterred, but the weight of the situation pressed upon her. She knew that their enemies were closing in, and the odds stacked against them seemed insurmountable.

“We can do this.” Said Eunice as she regained her composure. “We will take down the Digital Network.”

Infinity Art Reflection

In What Ways Was I…

  1. Critical thinker: I was a critical thinker, since I needed to imagine what everyone else’s images looked like based on their descriptions in order to effectively achieve the result of having everyone’s pictures in order.
  2. Effective Collaborator: I collaborated with others I usually don’t in oder to efficiently achieve the result needed to have everyone in order.
  3. Skillful Communicator: I was a skillful communicator by effectively communicating the key characteristics of my images with others to achieve the result.
  4. Creative Learner: I used creative and out of the box thinking strategies during the activity.
  5. Resilient: Although difficult at the beginning, I was able to find people with the similar images as me and ultimately achieve the wanted result of having everyone in order.

Goal – I want to make an effort to do my own independent thinking before turning to AI. This is a good idea, since over reliance on AI can cause a lot of harmful issues that impact my learning for the worse.

Commitment – I will talk to teachers about my specific goal to help keep me on track and the way that I will work with them is by having conversations.

Clarification – What might stop you from reaching your AI-related goal? Something stopping me is the strive for convenience. This is because AI is often by far the most convenient way of getting information and getting things done.
