In this unit, i learned how to serve a forehand serve in a legal way, i also learned how to serve harder so the ball is able to go to the opponents side. we served the ball the other side.
What did I learn?
I learned how to do a legal underhand serve for badminton and could pass the red line of the other side and let the other person being able to catch it we also learned backhand serve.
What worked well?
Something that worked was that my forehand serve is really good and can make it over the net and also the opponent could catch the ball and hit it back to my side so my fore hand serve is kind of good.
what did not work?
something that did not work is that is that my backhand serve is not really good because i did not really understand how to hit the ball and the backhand for me is kind of hard.
Personal Relevance
i did a lot of hitting on the b all and it was really fun and it helped me improve on fast skills.
We started by completing an investigation to determine the relationship between potential energy and height we also made a lab report that says about all of the information about our roller coaster project. When we were building a model, we used 6 foam tubes that could make a track, theres also a starting height pole. We took data about the chance that the marble will start from the starting pole and end at the ending point in the starting height: hight, medium and low. at last, when we were doing the reflection, we wrot a conclusion and also a CER paragraph about the roller coaster.
We worked on a lot of things and there were a CER paragraph that we need to write and a mock trial about Otzi to see if he was murdered or not. I did a lot of research about his injuries and head trauma. It was like everyone would have a topic that they needed to understand. We also worked on the open and closed questions to make the answers correct.
What did I learn?
In this unit I learned how to know about facts in the past and about Otzi. We learned all the ways that he might of died and did a mock trial to see if he was murdered or not. I also learned how to know about things in the past. And all about Otzi’s injuries and his wounds the arrowhead o Otzi’s left shoulder and maybe effected him.
What worked?
Something that worked was that the Open and closed questions because that I could finish it on time. I could write it very well. I got a meeting on this task and it helped me during the part where I had to answer all the questions the lawyers asked me.
What did not work?
Something that did not work was that I did not really write a lot for the task for the CER paragraph. I could have written more and be more specific and write about the way that I thought Otzi was murdered because why. I could of done better with that part.
Personal Relevance
Some communication skills were that when we were all talking about the part where maybe he was murdered or not we were communicating. When were all collaborating the same way the person who ask us questions need know what we understand the question or not. We had to practice about the presentation thing and then we could do it and collaborate well.
We made nougat of all different flavors and made the other kinds of colors and shapes we sold them and gained fake money. We also made the prices ingredients and a lot of posters on canva we also printed it.
What did we learn?
I learned how to make profit and a lot of things about money we also knew how to exchange money and grams to cups and other things. We learned how to make data for our profit.
What worked
Something that worked was that we made all of the ingredients well and it all taste very good we also dold all of the nougat and a lot of people bought it so we earned fake money.
What did not work?
something that did not work was that when we just started giving it, there were no customers and no one wanted to buy the things. Also we did not have a lot of nice things and money at first
Personal Relevance
In conclution, I think I did really good on this project because at last everything went really good. Throughout this project, many people wants our nougat. At last, we want to make more money so we made the prize of the nougats higher by 200%. This is very succesful because it still works and lots of people wants it.
I learned about how to play soccer and dribble the ball from one side to tyhe other side and i also could kick some balls and pass the ball to the teamates and let them strick the ball.
what helped?
something that helped was that when we were all in a team together we could collaborate and work well with eacj other.

Something that i am proud of is that i could dribble the ball a bit and pass the ball to my teamates
whats something that you want to get better at?
i want to get better at scoring the ball to the net and use more power for the ball so that it could make it in.
We made a Car out of 3 pieces of paper, a straw 1 meter of tape and some wheels. We needed the car to go down slope without sliding and it needs to not make the egg have a single crack or smashed. we Built the egg car in 2 classes which is like 1 hour and 20 minutes.
What did I learn?
I learned about Newtons third law because when it was going very fast it could go smashing down and on the brick and then the fore will be reacted and then it will make the egg crack easy. We also learned the first law because it needed a cumple zone to make it stop getting bump and then crack the other part. The second Law was that the acceleration, if the car went faster and the weight was heavier than the car would go with more force.
What worked?
Something that worked was that our car worked and could go down the ramp while actually moving the wheels not sliding down. And also our egg only got a small crack but it still was cracked. It al least didn’t go smashing in to the brick wall fast.
What did not work?
Something that did not work was that the car died after the egg car challenge it broke and we could not fix it. Also the egg did crack and it broke so that was something that did not work.
Personal Relevance
The design was that there was a crumple zone so that it could remain the force on the part can would let the force get smaller so there the egg will not crack cecause there is no force reacting on it.
Writing a fictional story based on a theme that matters to me that is about friendship that lasts forever.
What are we learning?
we are leaning our theme for ous storys and also the protagonist and antagonist also with the supporting charcaters.we also have the setting in the story that needs to come out and have the sight. we also made a picture of our written story.
something that is working is that i could do the planning and the character things and also deciding on what theme to my story. I worked hard and finished my theme nicely and it was also a very good theme to write about for me.
Areas for Growth:
some areas of growth are i could write more details and more little parts for the story to be more interesting. I wish that I could also write some more because we had no more time so I just gave it an ending for the creative writing.
Personal Relevance:
I enjoy creative writing because it makes my thoughts come to real live and also become real. some things in my head can just come out while I am writing because that when I am writing, i can show what i am thinking in my mind
the balloon car was built using tape, wheels, straws and hot glue. We used it to learn about newtons laws and to test about it. We also worked in groups and test if our cars were working. We did for law 3 the action and reaction forces reacting on the balloon car.
What did I learn?
Newtons first law states: An object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion unless an unbalanced force. We see this law in action when if there is people in the balloon car then if they do not have a seatbelt it would just keep on moving.Newtons second law states: The greater the mass of the object the more force it will need to accelerate. We see this law in action when we added the washers to the balloon car and if we added more of the washers it will weight more and it will need more force to accelerate and it will also go slower.Newtons third law states:Every action has an equal, opposite force. We see this law in action when the balloon car goes it will go further and faster the forces are going to have action or reaction.
What worked?
Something that was when we were making data and testing how far the balloon car can go with 3 washers 6 washers and also no washers. Me and my partner worked well and made the data fast so we could finish the thing in class and we also fix the car at first because it broke. Me and my partner also made our car go faster and not that easy to break.
What did not work?
something that did not work was when we were doing the competition we did not have the good materials to build the car so it did not go so far and we lost and the very first part of it. After we found out that we could use 2 big straws one for the wheels and one for the blowing stick then it worked well and could go very fast and very far.
Personal relevance?
The balloon was like a roller coaster in the real world when it had more mass it will go slower and with less mass it will go faster. It was important because when we see it working it has actions like moving fasterf and also slower it could affect how the balloon car was moving.
Something important about puberty is that everyone has different speed so do not worry and also its normal. And the changed are all normal. It is important to remember that it is ok.
The change is that now I know what to do for puberty that i am confident about is that growing higher and taller. because I will know it is normal and I can do all the things by myself
the change that i am most not confident is some puberty development because maybe i am still a bit unsure about it.
I can know that it is appropriate is because i can read the information and think if it is ok for me and I can see the title.
I want to improve on being able to figure things on my own while puberty happens and also my daily things to do.
