In math class, I’m capable of finding multiple perspectives to solve my question or solve an equation for myself, or my peers. Though It shows less in school math because the math may be less complicated ( as outside) and I also have peers to ask. On the other hand outside of school, Solving harder question that I dont understand, I can think of it in different ways than just ” pure equation math”

Yes, I have made progress in achieving my goals. Though I didn’t do it every day, I was able to run at least 2km 3 times per week. And that could be practices, chasing my friends, running to lunch, or running to classes when I’m late etc. I personally do not think there was any “Obstacles” on my way of running 2km. However procrastination was the most annoying thing on the way. For instance, I would say I’m going to run at 6, and then 7 and then 8 until its too late and then the day ends.
Things I have noticed from trying ti achieve this goal is that in science class we all learned that “our brain controls ourselves” But In my perspectives, if in our everyday life my brain is telling me what to do, I won’t be able to achieve anything. I would need to control my brain instead of the opposite.
Im proud and happy that I chose this as a goal, now that I feel comfortable running a lot and it also makes me feel better physically and mentally.
I absolutly not want to change a goal that is challenging to do because thats the whole point.
I’ve always been inspired by my sister of how she has grown resilient and so I do want to be the same.
Less procrastination Is my second goal along my way.
When we were placed in new table, I didn’t show any negativity instead I was pretty happy because we only changed seats about 2 times and my partners or peers in my table were all people I work well with. In addition I was almost always the person putting away the folders because I was kind off forced but also I wouldn’t say I was ” willing to ” but In the other hand I also didn’t mind putting it away because my table group is also cleaning up other messes. Talking was my favorite thing to do in class, considering that, my turn and talk is usually me speaking. And occasionally i will also raise my hand every class to answer or take a guess of a question or contribute/extend to a conversation. Though my answers might not be amazing. When working with partners ( of course no one likes doing more work) we split equally on what to do and where to finish or extend. However in that particular partnership, I would say I didn’t do ” nearly equal amount of work” But I did help with story line, appearance, and images of the story to feel more rounded. However I do think that in unit1, I worked equally with my partner in different areas of the product branding. Also brainstorming ideas. I would rate my self a 3.5 for Collaborator because, yes, there is times I choose to do less work, but also there is more times I choose to do more and maybe not provide the highest quality, I make sure that I’m always contributing and trying. In addition, I believe that my love for speaking promises me as a ” person that talks in conversations” I think that My only goal to contribute more is contributing higher quality ideas or thoughts. But I think I dont have much problems communicating and helping my group .

Things I have gone through in the project is mainly time and just being focus. This animation takes around 800 frames and every frame was hand drew with some help from friends. I really love my project because I thinks its really different from any other project and more importantly its cool and I learned new things. I was proud of my ability to keep going and figure out other ways when some ways of my original thought wasn’t going the way I was wishing but also being able to finish this project in time. The most challenging part was defenitly being able to finish the project on time and hours of work of home. Its also kind of annoying keep looking at the same thing over and over since my drawing kind of hurts my eyes. Things I would do difference is make my drawings look better because my animations are good but the drawing is a little off. But this is what fun and creative about putting knowledge and reading into a visual motion.
CER Essay.

This essay was wrote from a format of a graphic organizer. It was put together with 5 paragraph with 3 CER’s and intro with conclusion. The CERs was wrote in a template and them copy and pasted into the essay document. It was time taking and required to work on it at home. But the positive side is a learn a lot about technologies impact on specific society. also solutions to the negative impact. This also leaded me to more curiosty and more things I wonder about. I did well in writing the CER with good quality words, transition words, evidence and reasoning. I still need to get better at making sentences sound more smooth to read, better grammar and less “the, and, also, while” words.
In this unit I learned a lot about tipping and taxing. For example, tip before the tax. The meanings of subtotal and total. In addition I also learned how to use the proportional formula to solve missing number of the percentages of a whole.
Im proud of how I did my summative project. I was focus, in the zone and I liked how my format and CER was able to get me a 3.5. I think things I would improve on is choosing something more complex than just Pizza, because in my perspectives if I chose to do a fancier food, I would be able to get a 4
Percentages is important in life because not only can it help you understand how much many to over paid or paid less in a discount. It also helps you make of stuff like how 90% of the time people say 90% its not actually (90%). Just like how I just made that up. Helping me not only in economical savings, but also adding “untrue data to things I could be doing in ELA, or social studies to persuade audiences that I have done research.
Some things that where challenging at the start of the unit was solving the percentages without a calculator, but after practice I was able to understand how to use it.

The essential question I chose to answer is “How do our body systems work together when we play our favorite sport.” The learning I did for each other cell teaches me how they do different jobs helping the whole of our body work together.
Playing our favorite sport relies on how our body systems work together, and understanding cells helps clarify this connection. Cells provide the energy we need for movement and recovery, coordinating with our muscles, lungs, and heart. This teamwork allows us to enjoy sports while maintaining strength and stamina.
The most memorable part of the unit is making my summative animation because its the only time I enjoyed being very focused. I’m the kind of person that either not focus or VERY focused. And being able to be in the zone is THE best feeling. Not losing my graphic organizer is what I would appreciate because I had to restart and write everything. I want to improve in the not sure understanding of organelles I have at the start of the project because I wasted most of my time on google than actually animated giving me less time to make a more rounded animation and not finished. Lastly I think this is overall a great unit learning I think the most info out of all other science units I have ever had.
I think that my thoughts on my S( summative) and F ( formative ) varies on what we are tested on. Theres positive and also negatives, I think that I did better when CER and writing reasonings in my F then S. Mainly because formatives were usually right after the class that teaches what will be assessed. However S is usually meant to be more overall more challenging. Im proud of my ability to public present my thoughts and public speaking skills. I Know I can get a 4 if I didn’t use the word “dynamic” in the presentation because I take classes teaching me to get better and pitching and pacing. If I didn’t mention the word I would of gotten a 4. I’m overall proud of my grades because I know why I didnt get a meaning and its just mistakes caused now because of my overall knowledge but when I didn’t read instruction carefully. For instance in the CERER I only had to mention one opposing force however I mentioned 2. I always use my feedback as my only way to improve so I use it to improve and check for understanding. I will be redoing and I would practice mainly my conventions. I will be planing to telling ai to give me a random short story at break and telling it to check my CERER if it meets the standard . My goal is to focus in class and prepare more before summatives.

Im proud of how my animation turned out, it was cool, simple, and precised. It was motion that could be understood easily . I already had some background knowledge on annimation topics, but diving into the animation really helped me understand them even better. To bring my ideas to life, I duplicated, layers and grouped my completed ones to stay organized as I worked on each frame. It was important for me to position each layer just right, so the movement looked smooth and dynamic.Watching the cells come to life and highlighting their different parts definitely made the project way more engaging. Plus I had a blast adding colors and details it really made. everything pop

In my artwork titled “Gap,” I created an animation that highlights the significant economic differences between urban and rural cities in China, aiming to raise awareness among government officials. The animation shows how urban areas thrive with opportunities while rural regions struggle. To make it visually engaging, I used design strategies like duplicating characters to represent both urban and rural populations and layering backgrounds to create depth, making it easier for the audience to understand the contrast. My goal is to encourage conversations about how to reduce this economic gap and support rural development.
