Wushu Reflection

What did I do?

I did wushu and did a lot of moves sch as how step and bow step

What did I learn?

I learned what did most of the signs in wushu means and I can do wushu

What worked?

What worked was that I can successfully do moves from wushu

What did not work?

was that I sometimes forget the moves

Personal relevance

Wushu can help me in my future when Im getting killed I can use wushu.

Unit 3: How and why democracy change over time

What did I do?

In unit 3, we first learned about different types of democracy. Then we compared the ancient democracy and modern democracy, while understanding how laws and rules over time. After we had to choose an amendment to study on, we got an article and a white notebook after chosen, and we had to read articles and watch videos, and then we had to fill in the white notebook and answering questions.

What did I learn?

I learned about the difference between old democracy and modern democracy and they had a huge difference. Also I learned about amendment 13, learning how Abraham Lincoln saved the slaves from involuntary servitude.

What worked?

What worked was that I got good scores on the quiz about my amendment (amendment 13) I got 5/6 two times. I am proud of it because I can successfully get quizzes at a 70-80 percent which is pretty good for me. Another thing I was proud about myself was that I can know most of the types of governments like monarchy etc.

What did not work?

What did not work was that I couldn’t remember a lot of information in the test. To improve on it I can look at it a lot of time making sure I could memorize the information about article 4, amendment 13.

This skill can help me know more important history from the U.S, while thinking of the brave people that protested for these events.

Semester 2 Smart goal

Semester 1 Smart Goal Reflection

What did I do?

In semester 1, I tried to manage my stress level by sleeping more and it worked, thats why my stress level has decreased a lot.

What did I learn?
I learned how to manage my stress level and eating more, so I could be concentrating and not stressed and successfully manage my stress level.

What worked?

What worked was that I can manage my stress level more, I also can sleep more making my body stronger and better, and made me do stuff so good and have power.

What did not worked?

Sleeping kinda helped but I still feel stressed so I should do more

Trying to manage my stress level helps me to make myself comfortable and good so sleeping more can help me have a good brain and be smart.

Endangered species project

What did I do?

I did an endangered species project we have to choose an endangered animal to research on, and I choose the Dama Gazelle, then we had to choose what we do, for example thing link, canva or a video, and I choose the thinglink then we had to use ai to help us generate a script about our animal and their habitat, we put the script in to the ai generator in thinglink and it generates it and then we get an environment with our animal in it, last we post in padlet and let people test it in VR and give feedbacks.

What did I learn?

In this endangered species unit I learned what a biotic is and what a abiotic is and also learned about the critically endangered animal Dama Gazelle and also learned how to analyze a graph with the sentence starters like this data table shows the relationship of IV and DV, according to the graph (must contain numbers), this means (must include increase or decrease) and this is because.

What worked?

What worked was that I can successfully analyze graph’s using SALT, and also using the 4 sentence starter’s, also what worked was that I know a lot of useful informations and this is my link: https://www.thinglink.com/scene/2068535499001168358

What did not work?

What did not work was that I didn’t add everything I had in my organizer to the VR

What did I do?

Last semester, I tried to manage my stress level by sleeping more and it worked, so my stress level has decreased a lot.

What did I learn?
I learned how to manage my stress level by sleeping more than before and eating more so I could be concentrating and not stressed

What worked was that I can manage my stress level more, I also can sleep more making my body stronger and better, and made me do stuff so good and have power.

What did not worked was that I need to eat more even if I have more sleep I am still kinda stress so I should eat more to make me have no stress
