For my endangered species project I chose the majestic Black Rhino.

One of my favourite things in the world is pasta. My dad is Italian, so pasta has been a pretty important part of my life for as long as I can remember! I love all types and shapes of pasta. Although I like dried pasta, the one you buy from a supermarket and cook in water, I really like making my own pasta from scratch.
In this post, I will show the basic steps on how to make fresh pasta at home!
Step 1: Gather the ingredients
For fresh pasta, you will need flour, eggs, water, and a pinch of salt
Step 2: Mix the flour, eggs, and water on the tabletop. Check out the image below!
Step 3: Roll the dough either by hand or using a pasta machine. Click here for the image source.

Step 4: Cut the pasta! You can also roll/form the pasta into any shape you like! Here is where I got the picture!

Here is a video of a Pasta Granny making pasta. The YouTube channel, Pasta Grannies, is one of my favourite channels because it shows old Italian grandmas making pasta by hand and they’ve been doing it for decades!
