My biggest goal this year to be more oraganized and more motivated in learning. Each morning in advisory, I tell myself its a new day and live a better day than yesterday
Math
Childrens book page

In this math project, I step into the roles of a critical thinker and a creative learner. By using scientific notation, I can calculate large numbers with ease. I’ll connect real world scenarios to mathematics, specifically by calculating the daily amount of trash generated by humans. Then, I’ll compare this quantity to the volume that could fit inside a certain number of blue whales.
Once I’ve obtained my calculated results, I’ll transform them into a page for a children’s book. Our entire class is contributing one page each to this book. Each page will convey an environmental fact about the world we inhabit, making the learning process engaging and accessible for young readers.
Math notebook
I choose to show my math notebook from Semester 1 because it showed my learning process through unit. It also included my homework and practice problems completed in class.
